​Bristol Academy

Tim Meredith is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and the owner of Tech Eagles, which provides cybersecurity and network support to over 100 businesses in our region.

Tim earned a BA in Political Science with another major in Economics.  He completed graduate research under Dr. Edward Weisband at Virginia Tech. He earned a Master of Divinity from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary.  He was a pastor for 7 years prior to founding Tech Eagles.

​The Meredith family are members at First Presbyterian Church Bristol, where Tim is an active leader and an occasional preacher.

Tim and his wife Alison have been married over twenty-five years; they have home-educated their seven children since the beginning.

"World history this year has been a good experience for my boys. Mr. Meredith is very knowledgeable and engaging on the topics discussed. The class room discussions were interesting and the homework was challenging enough to keep them paying attention but not too much as to be overwhelming. He was also good at giving feedback on how to improve their final papers before they were to be turned in which I really appreciated. Overall I am happy that my boys took the class and they learned much more in that setting than they would have at home."
