CLASSIC INTERNATIONAL COOKING

 

  • This cooking class will provide an introduction to different cooking styles and recipes from various countries showcasing some of their classic and popular recipes. 

 

  • From Mexico, Spain, Italy, France and other countries, we will be overseeing the techniques and the origins of authentic international dishes.  Students will roll-up their sleeves to get involved in the cooking process and learn by doing.

  • There are no prerequisites for this course.

​

  • Homework will consist of weekly research assignments with some cooking practice at home.

 

  • This course is worth 1/2 credit of High School Elective.  Parents are responsible for managing the transcript for their student.  The teacher will communicate the end-of-course grade within 2 weeks of the final class date.
