MR. SANTIAGO FIGAREDO

Mr. Figaredo is a native of Mexico and developed his love for food and the hospitality industry from a very young age.  The restaurant business has been his life and passion for the last 25 years.

When it comes to restaurants, Mr. Figaredo has literally done it all.  He has been a cook, a server, a manager and an owner.  He is continutally learning his way through the restaurant industry.

Mr. Figaredo currently runs San Taco by figerado foods.
